I bought this for my Mom who lives in the tropics. She has no air conditioning so the windows and doors are always open to let the cool breeze in. As a result there is a lot of dust that collects on the floors. She has been using this on the tile and wooden floors of the house and she loves it. Strengths: none.
Weakness: broke after two years..
I've been using this mop for two years. Started having problems with no steaming coming out after one year. Today it finally broke with the steam coming out of the top instead of the bottom. Buyer beware. This mop will break on you after 1 year of weekly use.
